In this class we work through the full body but we focus mainly on the abdominals and upper body.
This class would be considered more intense with little rest and higher reps, take breaks when needed and modify to single leg toe taps with your feet in tabletop if you need to.
Otherwise, enjoy the amazing effects you'll receive from this class in just 20 minutes. You can use a cushion instead of a soft ball and hand weights. Let me know how you go.
