In this 20-minute class we work through 3 rounds build our strength through the upper body & abs using hand weights.
You'll feel active through the core & work towards sculpting the arms & abs using moderate weight and higher reps to create lengthened, strong muscles. Expect 4 pt arms, planks & kneeling arm combos, my favourite!
Grab your chosen resistance and let's get started. Please challenge your resistance, add weight bangles to hands alongside dumbbells to slightly increase your challenge
