It's the perfect mix of pilates & dynamic barre moves to light up your body, including your core & glutes. You'll need a stool or bench to lean on, if no access to these you will be able to improve your balance without.
Use your body resistance to improve your burn as you sculpt, lengthen, and tone those muscles groups.
Expect movements such as mountain climbers, side to side squat, pilates burpee, standing leg work at the barre & a stretch to finish.
