Classes are designed to be completed either as standalone sessions or as a superset. For example, 1 & 2, 3 & 4, and so on. Classes 7 and 14 are standalone floor sessions.

Pilates ball
Lighter & heavier set of dumbbells 1-2kg 2-4kg
