WE MADE IT. Wow, what a challenge. I know for myself I was feeling sore but very accomplished after this challenge.
Let's enjoy a stretch to close the Spring Glow Challenge.

Nurture your nervous system/stress levels High stress levels can exacerbate skin issues such as acne, eczema, dermatitis and/or hormonal breakouts. Finding ways to nurture your nervous system and lower your stress levels has a beneficial effect on skin health.
This could be through meditation, nature walks, disconnecting from social media, deep breathing techniques, a Grounded pilates workout, journaling, wholefood/healthy diet, connecting with loved ones, reading etc.

Change your sheets. Sheets and pillowcases should be changed at least every week, pillowcases every couple of days.
