Welcome to DAY 6 of the LOWER BODY FIRE challenge!
My legs are actually almost deceased at this point, do as I say not as I do!
How are you feeling? Are you okay? I'm not joking, send me a message with your day 6 vibes!
You'll need your Pilates Ball, Optional Ankle Weights & Mat for this class.
This class brings a serious burn to the inner legs & the core.
If you need to let go of your band or opt for a lighter option, please be my guest and take breaks when you need them.
