Let’s get flowing!
This 30-minute class will leave you feeling grounded and strong. Choose a word to carry throughout your workout, activate your breath, and then move slowly through side lying, core & obliques (firey), four point kneeling & standing. For an added challenge simply add ankle weights to your wrists or ankles.
You’ll use your body resistance and to improve your burn as you sculpt, lengthen, and tone those muscles groups.
