Get comfortable on your mat, centre yourself, and activate your lower body in Day 6 of our Sculpt & Shape challenge.
This 35-minute session features side lying glutes & inner thighs, kneeling, and leg lifts to lengthen your muscles and build lower body strength. We'll finish with a standing burner!
