This 40-minute low impact full body flow is the perfect mix of strength and pilates moves to light up your entire body, including your core.
It will have you feeling lengthened & strong in the body and refreshed in the mind. You’ll use your body resistance to improve your burn as you sculpt, lengthen, and tone those muscles groups. Expect movements such as bridges, side lying, prone extension and finish with some deep core work. Beautiful!
