This 45-minute full body sculpt workout with hand weights & the pilates ball will work shoulders, glutes, hamstrings & all the things we love! It's one you can revisit again and again.
Designed with strength X pilates body in mind, this class is simple in nature and is one you can stack with other workouts or simply enjoy on its own!
Complete body resistance or grab some heavier weights to challenge and really strengthen your shoulder joint, only as long as you can control the movements.
Expect movements such as glute bridges, core work, 4 pt kneeling, lunges & narrow squats.
