This sculpting 20-minute arms workout with wrist weights & dumbbells will focus on the upper body and is one you can revisit again and again.
Designed with the time efficient client in mind, this class is simple in nature and is one you can stack with other workouts or simply enjoy on its own! Grab some heavier weights to challenge and really strengthen your shoulder joint, only as long as you can control the movements.
