This 25-minute low impact full body flow is the perfect mix of clinical style pilates to improve your posture & light up your entire body, including your core.
It will have you feeling lengthened & strong in the body and refreshed in the mind. You’ll use your body resistance to improve your burn as you sculpt, lengthen, and tone those muscles groups. Expect very controlled focused movements such as breath work, bridges before heading to into back extension work to finish.
