This 30-minute low impact full body flow is the perfect mix of strength and pilates moves to improve your posture & light up your entire body, including your core.
It will have you feeling lengthened & strong in the body and refreshed in the mind. You’ll use your body resistance to improve your burn as you sculpt, lengthen, and tone those muscles groups. Expect movements such as roll down, 4 pt kneeling, bridges before heading to into back extension work to finish.
