Get comfortable on your mat, centre yourself, and activate your core & arms in THE LAST DAY, DAY 14! Of our Sculpt & Shape challenge.
This 22-minute session features lateral lunge with a twist plank knee taps, crab mat walks with a jump, comandos, supine abs & more to lengthen your muscles and build up a sweat . We'll finish with a stretch!
