This 42-minute low impact full body flow is the perfect mix of strength and pilates moves to light up your entire body, including your core.
It will have you feeling grounded & strong in the body and refreshed in the mind. You’ll use your ankle weights to up the challenge & to improve your burn as you sculpt, lengthen, and tone those muscles groups.
Expect standing movements such as roll down, side lying series, side kneeling before heading to into standing & core work to finish.
