Let’s get flowing! This 22-minute full body flow is the perfect mix of strength and balance moves to light up your entire body, including your core.
You’ll use your body resistance and to improve your burn as you sculpt, lengthen, and tone those muscles groups. Expect standing movements such as planks with a twist, kneeling glutes & obliques, squats, moving into more planks to finish!
