This 28-minute Barre Cardio Burn is the perfect mix of pilates, barre & cardio moves to light up your body, including your core & glutes.
You'll need a stool or bench to lean on, if no access to these you will be able to improve your balance without ;)
You’ll use your body resistance to improve your burn as you sculpt, lengthen, and tone those muscles groups. Expect movements such as standing & kneeling glutes with a side of spicy cardio bursts in between the barre inspired moves.
