This 33-minute Barre Cardio Burn is the perfect mix of pilates, barre & cardio moves to light up your body, including your core & glutes.
You'll need a stool or bench to lean on, if no access to these you will be able to improve your balance without ;)
You’ll use your body resistance to improve your burn as you sculpt, lengthen, and tone those muscles groups. Expect movements such as kneeling glutes, pushups, build up to standing with some spicy cardio bursts in between the barre inspired moves.
