Welcome to DAY 3 of the LOWER BODY FIRE challenge!
You’ll need your Light Band, Optional hand weights & your mat.
This class brings some serious work to the full body with a focus on the glutes and lower Abs.
If you need to let go of your band or opt for a lighter option, please be my guest and take breaks when you need them.
Exercise 1: 1min
Exercise 2: 30 secs
Repeat
Ab Burner to finish!
You can expect to feel that burn all through your legs & get your heart rate up a little with some standing knee drives and squats... Stunning.
