Nutrients for skin health 1. Zinc: a very well renowned mineral for the skin. Zinc supports skin healing & protects against bacteria. Food sources: Mackerel, anchovies, sardines, herring, oysters, tuna, beans, nuts, whole-grains, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, red meat
2. Vitamin C: Our body uses vitamin C to make collagen for our skin. You can use it topically, added into your daily skin routine and increase intake through food. Food sources: citrus, capsicum, tomato, kiwi fruit, pineapple, broccoli
3. Vitamin A: important for formation of new skin cells and skin repair. Food sources: Pumpkin seeds, pumpkin, eggs, papaya, beef liver
