Get comfortable on your mat, centre yourself, and activate the full body in Day 9 of our Sculpt & Shape challenge.
This 23-minute session features lateral lunges, weighted abdominals, wide squats, arm circles, pulses and more to lengthen your muscles and build your full body strength. We'll finish with a stretch!
