In this 30-minute Full Body Sculpt we start low with bridges, move into kneeling and standing. I love this format, you get a great warmup on the floor with your bridges & ab work before moving into more glutes & arms.
We work through 50 sec on 10 off with a stunning core finisher at the end.
It's one you can revisit again and again. Designed with strength girlie in mind, this class is simple in nature and is one you can stack with other workouts or simply enjoy on its own!
Level up with ankle weights where suitable & as long as you can control the movements.
Equipment: Mat, ankle weights & pilates ball.
