This 35-minute low impact full body flow is the perfect mix of basic pilates moves to light up your body, including your core.
You’ll use your body resistance to improve your burn as you sculpt, lengthen, and tone those muscles groups. Expect standing movements such as pelvic curl, core, hip stretches, side lying before heading to into 4pt kneeling & standing to finish.
