This 45-minute low impact full body flow is the perfect mix of strength and pilates moves to light up your entire body, including your core. It will have you feeling lengthened & strong in the body and refreshed in the mind. You’ll use your ankle weights & the pilates ball to improve your burn as you sculpt, lengthen, and tone those muscles groups. Expect standing movements such as roll down, 4 pt kneeling, side lying before heading to into core work to finish.
