Work your entire body with this 30-minute HIIT class that dives straight into the perfect mix of pilates and cardio moves to have you break a sweat and find those endorphins but don't want anything too fancy.
We start with a quick warm up stretch before moving into some heart rate elevating movements such as bridges, lunges, pulses, glute kick backs & squats.
