This uplifting 20-minute prenatal workout will focus on shoulders, biceps, triceps, core and is one you can revisit again and again as you progress through your pregnancy. Designed with the prenatal body in mind, this class is safe during any trimester and is one you can stack with other workouts or enjoy on its own! Your abs are doing a lot of stretching to make room for your growing baby. These exercises will remind your core to help stabilise you.
