This 45-minute flow with the hand & ankle weights will truly tone and sculpt your body.
It will activate & strengthen the glutes, abdominals and shoulders using compound movements & layers to work you body & mind.
Expect standing squats, side lying glute and core combos & some juicy plank work before to finish.
