Welcome to DAY 1 of the LOWER BODY FIRE challenge!
You’ll need your medium band and your mat.
This class is designed to get your glutes fired up for the whole week with some smaller movements on the mat. You can expect to feel that burn all through your legs! The cherry on top will be a little core finisher at the end.
So let’s get into it. I cannot wait for the next seven days with you.
You can choose to stack your classes or complete them daily with me!
