SIGNATURE BODY TONE LOWER.
The idea of this class is to experience muscle fatigue and time under tension in the BEST way to challenge both sides of the body. You'll spend more time in the movement for next level connection into your muscles. It is your time, it's uninterrupted & no repeats. Feel like you're entering the class with focus, moving with intent & finish like you've just completed a meditation. Flow from one exercise to the next. The idea is that this forces your muscles to work harder and optimises muscular strength, endurance, length and stamina. We work through four point kick backs & core/obliques & finish each side with spicy standing. I am obsessed with this class. I hope you enjoy it too.
